1) Adjustment of end sealing knife holder and cutting knife
The cutterbed has been carefully adjusted and strictly inspected before leaving the factory. Normally, no adjustment is required. If it is really necessary to adjust the cutterbed, first investigate the indentation pattern with carbon paper sandwiched between the centers of two white papers. If the indentation is uniform and the pattern is clear, then the cutterbed orientation is correct and no adjustment is required. Otherwise, the cutterbed needs to be adjusted. First loosen (do not loosen) the M10 screw on the cutterbed, then adjust the horizontal adjustment screw to correct the editing movement of the cutterbed until the adjustment stops ideally, and finally tighten the M10 screw. The adjustment of the knife holder must be carried out without heating.
The adjustment of the cutting blade is generally done by using copper pads. The adjustment criterion is to just block the paper film without making too much noise during engagement. If no matter how you adjust it, you cannot adjust it properly, you need to replace the cutter. When adjusting the cutting blade, be sure to heat it up (about 120 ° C).
2) Adjustment of the concave convex orientation of the end sealing knife holder
For packaging materials of different heights, the concavity and convexity of the end sealing knife holder should be adjusted to ensure that the height of the end sealing knife engagement center is consistent with the center of the packaged product, as shown in Figures 4 and 5. The adjustment method is: first loosen the four screws on the side plate of the tool holder, then adjust the lifting adjustment bolt of the end seal (the bolt in the center), so that the distance between the engagement of the upper and lower end sealing knives and the working plane is 1/2 of the height of the package. After the adjustment, be sure to tighten the four loosened screws before starting the machine.
3) The adjustment of the end sealing knife speed should be adjusted accordingly for packaging of different lengths. The adjustment criterion is that the linear speed of the end sealing knife should be the same as the speed of the packaging film, that is, the cutting knife should cut paper without accumulating or pulling paper. If there is paper accumulation, that is, the knife speed is slow, the "end seal knife speed adjustment handwheel" should be adjusted towards the fast direction. If there is paper pulling, that is, the knife speed is fast, the "end seal knife speed adjustment handwheel" should be adjusted towards the slow direction until synchronous stop.
4) The adjustment of the cutting direction of the end sealing knife will have different synchronous linkage relationships between the feeding push rod and the end sealing knife due to the different packaging lengths. Adjust the synchronization relationship between the feed push finger and the end sealing knife, and the adjustment process is as follows:
(1) When the packaging film is printed with color codes
(1) When the bag is empty, select the "Parameter Settings" on the human-machine interface and set the value of "Blocking Direction" on the setting screen to adjust the blocking direction of the end sealing knife, so that it is blocked at the color mark.
(2) Take 3-5 packaging materials and place them in the feeding organization push finger compartment. Start the machine and stop it when the packaging materials reach 100mm before the end seal.
(3) Check if the packaging is in the center of the two-color label, and investigate and remember the offset direction and amount.
(4) Take out the package, then adjust the position of the push finger through the "push finger orientation adjustment handwheel" (the rotating handwheel needs to be pushed inward and then rotated), and then adjust the orientation of the package.
(5) Repeat the process 2-4 until the packaging is located at the center of the two-color label and stops.
(2) When there is no color label printed on the packaging film
(1) Take 3-5 packaging materials and place them in the feeding organization push finger compartment. Start the machine and stop it when the packaging materials reach 100mm before the end seal.
(2) Visually determine whether the end seal orientation is in the center of the two packages, and remember the direction and amount of packing.
(3) Take out the package, then adjust the position of the push finger through the "push finger orientation adjustment handwheel" (the rotating handwheel needs to be pushed inward and then rotated), and then adjust the orientation of the package.
(4) Repeat steps 1-3 until the packaging is centered at both ends and stops.
